Lovely Gift
I received this beautiful flower from a student last week. It is a moon orchid, otherwise known as a moth orchid. It's absolutely beautiful, but I don't really know how to care for it. Already, some of the petals are wilting and falling off. Any suggestions? (I'm thinking Debbie or Linda may be able to help!)
You can look up online how to care for them. I got one and it died. : ) When the flowers are done you cut back the stem to a point below where the flowers started, then you just keep the stuff in the pot, wrung out sponge wet. You might set the pot on a tray of pebbles with water in them for moisture, or put it in the bathroom where it gets moisture and just hope for the best.
