haha i could probably do a similar post - my huge dutch family and eric's small not dutch family :). this is so random but after your cauliflower post i was inspired and decided to sneak pureed cauliflower into my chicken verdes enchiladas (just mixed it with the sour cream before mixing with the green sauce) and you totally couldn't tell! i enjoyed them much more knowing i was getting an extra serving of veggies ;).
