Mr. and Mrs. Damon

When Rob began working at West Lakewood Baptist Church nearly six years ago, Dave was the first young friend we made. (You remember that this was a small Baptist church, so the young adult population was limited.) It wasn't necessity that made us friends with Dave, however; Dave was just plain awesome. The three of us formed our usual worship team with me on piano, Rob on guitar, and Dave on bass (plus a few others when we were lucky), and, along with Andrea, formed the majority of our small group. Saturday night we had a little reunion as Dave married his true love Jessy. It was a beautiful wedding, and I'm so glad we were able to share Dave's special day with him.
